Thanks Roma_Orbis! I looked at it closely and it actually looks like a tiny person is there! There is a definite dot, a horizontal line which could be the arms, and those two little lines which look like legs. I wonder what the celator was thinking when he designed the die for this coin... perhaps they were feeling a bit whimsical!
