I think it is Trier mint (PTR). Not it RIC, but existence of similar coin struck for Crispus is mentioned in vol. VII on p. 205, footnote 459 (shoud be 452!): "VIRTVS-CAESS, camp gate with 3 turrets, no doors, 2 stars above". Obverse B1 i.e. "head laureate".
