AE Sestertius or 140-144 AD
Laureate head of Antoninus right / AVRELIVS CAESAR AVG PII F COS, Bare headed, draped bust of Aurelius right.
Signifies the Adoption of Marcus Aurelius as Caesar and consul designate. This was also the occation for his first donative.

i have a coin the same but it has a head on both side has anyone seen one like it before ?
can anyone help i have this coin its has same same head on the other side any help would be much appreciated thanks
