What a cool design. Obviously, the engraver really got into his work that day. Maybe wanted to start a new trend that never caught on with the others. Too bad I was'nt on Ebay when it was offerred!

It seems to be RIC VII Constantinople 27 as this mentions the dots and the base plus the doorway being on the ground, so to speak. I've added a link to this coin into my Campgates Excel RIC list.
