An interesting issue, very clear for a Bactrian AE though might it have been cleaned/tooled?

Thanks for the comments. Have been starting to put my collection up since I now know how to re-size the pictures so they can be successfully uploaded . This coin has indeed been tooled which is a shame. Main reason I bought it was the portrait which I really liked. Has magnificent eye appeal. Have found it a bit difficult to come across these types in good/untouchable condition.
