Geta, AR Denarius. Note: The reverse legend is incorrect. It should read SEVERI PII AVG FIL and apparently the engraver was looking at a worn specimen and did not understand AVG FIL and instead engraved AVGG II. Also, although the portrait is pretty nice, the reverse style is too lifeless, the reverse legend engraved completely wrong and the flan is clearly modern.

Obv:- P SEPTIMIVS GETA CAES, draped bust right (Note P SEPT instead of L SEPT)
Rev:- SEVERI PII AVGG II, priestly implements: lituus, knife, jug, simpulum, & sprinkler. (Note AVGG II for AVG FIL)

Copies RIC 5 and RSC 188
