Struck by Tiberius 34-35 A.D. in honour of the deified Augustus. Statue of the deified Augusts riding left in Quadriga pulled by four elephants, who each have their own mahout. Of all the examples of this coin that I have seen, this one has the most beautiful and realistic depiction of the elephants.
