Obv. IMP MAXIMINVS PIVS AVG Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust r.
Rev. SALVS AVGVSTI SC Salus seated l., feeding serpent raising from altar.

Special issue strike on a medallic flan, extra-heavy weight. Small medallion?
Found near Naples.
