This is not a coin but a bronze charm. The reverse is Chinese Zodiac. The outer circle are the twelve figures, and the inner circle are the corresponding Chinese characters. The obverse are two immortals with a turtle at foot, meaning long life I guess. From the style and the patina, I guess it's casted between Song and Yuan dynasty, about 1000-1400 AD.

Again...these coins are very cool, but what are they? Any attribution info you can add? Many around here probably know very little about Far East coinage.

I can only guess that this coin's reverse has something to do with the Chinese Zodiac?

Hi Jeff, thanks for the comments. I'll add descriptions gradually when I have time.

You are right. The reverse is Zodiac. The obverse are two immortals with a turtle at foot, meaning long life I guess. This is not a coin but a charm. From the style and the patina, I guess it's casted between Song and Yuan dynasty, about 1000-1400 AD.
