Commemorates the millennial anniversary of the foundation of the city of Rome. This coin was struck as part of the 1000th anniversary celebrations of Rome that occurred during the reign of Philip. A zoo was assembled as part of the festivities with many of the other animals appearing on Philip's coinage.
