necesito ayuda con esta pieza acuñada en la ciudad de Kyme en Aeolis, pesa 0'17 gramos y mide 6 milímetros,material plata, no encuentro referencia de ella en ningún catalogo, saludos

I cant really see much in your image but the reverse looks similar to coins here
