Domitian As with Legio XII Fulminata countermark
Hello everyone,
I found this coin in my collection and showed it to a countermark collector who mentioned I should share it officially with the community. It is an AE25 Antioch As of Domitian with a strong "XII" countermark representing Legio XII Fulminata (The Legion of the Thunderbolt), whom Domitian sent to the Caucasus region in AD 75. Enjoy!
