Is the "Recent Forum Topics" section on the home page working correctly?

Hi,
I was just wondering if there is a problem with this feature, as I posted the new thread below and it never showed up in the new topics - I fear noone has read it as many may rely on new all posts showing up there?

It sure looks like there might be a little bug in there. I'll have a look and see what I can find. Thanks for letting me know!
