Magnia Urbica - Lugdunum

I must admit that I never thought I would be making a post about a Magnia Urbica in my collection, I also never thought I would own one that is quite so appealing.

AE Antoninianus.
Obv: MAGNIA VRBICA AVG, Draped bust right on crescent, hair brushed in straight lines, plait carried up the back to top of head and running under stephane
Rev: VENVS GENETRIX, Venus standing facing, head left, apple upward in right hand, vertical scepter in left
Minted in Lugdunum (A in left field).
RIC V pt. 2, 337 var (not listed from this officina, listed with D). Bastien -, Bastien Supplement -, Bastien Supplement II 613 (2 examples cited)
23mm, 3.16g
Some flatness to the centre of the strike on the reverse, some minor porosity and the reverse slightly off-centre. Very pleasing portrait and scarcity compensating for these flaws however.

Regards,
Martin
P.S. Thanks Beast!

A GREAT PORTRAIT Coin! Very clean. Thanks or the post. I also wish to have one in my collection someday, but your pic will do for now. These are very hard to obtain because of intense collector demand, lucky, lucky.
