It shouldn't be troublesome for you or any of your purchases from either of these two dealers. Aside from how they are resolving their differences with each other, both have otherwise sterling reputations and usually treat their customers very well. I would have no issue purchasing a coin from either firm.

Interesting to see that such experts are not immune to buying/selling fakes though. HB seems to have done the decent thing, I guess Antiqua seemingly hasn't because he has no proof it IS a fake? I'm sure all will be revealed.
Anyway, the high-end buyer that frequents both shops should view proceedings as a reality check on what their experts know, and what they think they know.
