Teshcen Herzogtum 3 Groschen coin (pierced)

Check out this page for the Teschen Duchy in Silesia (now, Czech Republic):
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Duchy_of_Teschen
This is a 3-Groschen piece, characteristic in the region in the 16-17th c.
Legend in Latin:
Adam Wen[ceslaus, piercing covers part of the name] II or III?? G DUX TESIN(iensis);
that is, Adam Wenceslaus , Duke of Teschen.
This may help (I am not an expert of this filed)
